FAQ
Why are your bracelets so reasonably priced?
Thanks! We hoped you’d ask. We’re not looking for 500% margins like most other jewelry retailers do. We source our gold, stones, and labor locally in NYC’s Diamond District and use our deep relationships to keep our costs down. We pass those savings onto you, and simply hope you’ll tell your friends.
Why don’t you offer lab diamond options?
Only real butter tastes like real butter. We don’t dabble in trying to reproduce nature’s beauty. We go to the source. Lab diamonds, to us, are copycats with unlimited production potential. Not that it matters, but they also have no resale value. 30% of our build cost goes into sourcing high quality VVS natural stones that shine like no other, and we’ll never settle for less.
Why do you use 14k gold?
Simply put – 18k gold is too soft and vulnerable to scratches and breakage, especially in this format. 10k gold would be like selling you what the other guys sell you: not enough.
How are your bracelets made, why are they different?
Most retailers these days are selling “superlights.” They are cheaply made bracelets that have been produced with the absolute minimum thickness of gold – in all parts of the bracelet – with low quality SI (small inclusion) diamonds set atop. Our bracelets are thick in all the right places. We use approximately 6 grams of gold, and VVS “clean” goods up top. Only the best. Set by the best jewelers in NYC.
